摘要
石家庄南三场驼峰测长轨道区段,频繁发生防雷元件被烧损、测长电路板被高压击穿的故障,导致测长变化紊乱,严重影响自动化驼峰速度控制系统,同时对自动化驼峰控制设备也造成一定程度的危害,已经构成行车安全的重大隐患。通过认真分析动态测试高电压产生的原因,提出有针对性的解决方案,应用于实际,取得了良好的效果,确保了行车安全。
Burning of lightning protection elements and measuring circuit board often occur with the hump length measuring track segments of the No. 3 yard of Shijiazhuang south marshalling station, which can lead to disorder of length measuring changes and seriously affect the operation of automation hump speed control system. Meantime, it also can bring a certain degree of harm to the hump automation control equipment and already constitutes a serious safety hazard. Through careful analysis and dynamic testing, the author found out the reasons of high voltage and put.forward a specific solution. Good results have been achieved in practical application and the solution is proven to be helpful in ensuring the safety of train operation.
