摘要
以环氧改性有机硅为树脂基体、铝粉为填料,制备可在常温下固化的红外低发射率涂层。研究不同固化剂对涂层发射率、光泽度、力学性能及耐温性能的影响,得出各性能随固化剂变化可遵循一定的规律。由结果可知,酚醛胺固化剂制备的涂层综合性能较优。
Low infrared emissivity coatings which can be solidified at room temperature were prepared with epoxy- modified silicone as resin matrix and Al powder as adhesives and pigments. The influence of curing agent on emissivity,glossiness,mechanical properties,resistance to medium temperature was studied. The results show that each performance varies with curing agent. The comprehensive performances are better when the coatings are cured with mannich amide curing agent.
