摘要
研究基础107胶、交联剂、改性剂等对室温硫化型硅胶耐油性能的影响,评估150℃机油中浸泡前后的拉伸强度、伸长率、Al-Al黏接强度等性能指标。结果表明:调整107胶带来的高交联密度对硅胶耐油性能提升明显;3种交联剂MOS、VOS、MOS∶TOS=4∶1中,MOS/TOS混合交联剂有助于提供更好的硅胶耐油性能;自制改性剂B对耐油稳定性帮助较大。
Effects of basic 107 hydroxyl end-blocked dimethylsiloxane,cross-linking agent and modifier on oil-resistant property of RTV silicone were researched. The parameters of tensile strength,elongation and Al-Al shear strength before and after engine oil immergence at 150 ℃ were introduced to investigate the oil- resistant property. The results show that higher crosslinking density by adjustment of hydroxyl end-blocked dimethylsiloxane is beneficial to higher oil-resistant property. Among the three crosslinking agents of MOS,VOS,MOS/TOS mixture(MOS∶TOS=4∶1),the mixture offers the best oil-resistant property. The self-made modifier B favors the less variation of properties after hot engine oil immergence.
