美常安联合乳果糖治疗成人功能性便秘的疗效评价

The effect of Medilac-s combined with lactulose in the treatment of adult functional constipation

目的评价美常安联合乳果糖在治疗成人功能性便秘中的疗效。方法选取成人功能性便秘患者81例,随机分为三组,A组28例、B组26例、C组27例。A组应用美常安联合乳果糖治疗,B组应用美常安治疗,C组应用乳果糖治疗,疗程均为4周。观察治疗后48 h首次排便率、治疗后2周、4周排便次数、患者粪便性状改善、便秘伴随症状改善、不良反应发生率等,比较三组间的差异。结果总有效率A组(92.9%)高于B组(61.5%)及C组(70.4%),差异有统计学意义;48 h内首次排便率A组(85.7%)高于B组(53.8%)及C组(59.3%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.567、4.450,P<0.05);治疗4周后的排便次数A组高于B组及C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗4周后粪便性状正常率,A组(82.1%)高于B组(57.7%)及C组(55.6%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.450、4.550,P<0.05)。在对腹胀、排便困难、腹痛等伴随症状改善方面,A组高于B、C两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率,三组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论联合应用美常安及乳果糖治疗功能性便秘效果优于单用美常安或乳果糖,安全性相似。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Medilac-s combined with lactulose in treatment of adult functional constipation. Methods A total of 81 adult functional constipation patients were randomly divided into three groups. Group A（n = 28） received Medilac-s and lactulose; group B received Medilac-s only （n = 26）; group C received lactulose only（n = 27）. The treatment lasted for 4 weeks in each group. The difference of defecation rate within 48 hours after first dose, defecation frequency in 2 and 4 weeks, the change of feces, the clinical symptoms improvement, and the incidence of side effects were observed and compared among 3 groups. Results The total effective rates in group A, B, C were 92.9%（26/28）, 61.5%（16/26）, 70.4%（19/28）, respectively. For the defecation rate within 48 hours after treatment,group A was significantly greater than group B and group C（χ^2 = 6.567, 4.450, P 〈 0.05）. For the defecation frequency after 4 weeks treatment, group A was significantly greater than group B and group C （P 〈 0.05）. For the normal rate of feces, group A was significantly greater than group B and group C （P 〈 0.05）. Comparing the improvement of accompanying symptoms such as abdominal distension, defecation difficulty, abdominal pain, group A was significantly greater than group B and C （P 〈 0.05）. There was no significant differences（all P 〉 0.05） in the incidence of adverse reaction among three groups. Conclusions Medilac-s and lactulose combination was better than those with Medilac-s or lactulose alone in the treatment of adult functional constipation.
