内质网应激通过多种信号通路调节系统性红斑狼疮发病的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一种复杂的自身免疫性疾病。内质网是细胞发挥各种功能的重要场所,是整合多种应激反应的交汇点。内质网膜上存在完整的信号调节机制-内质网应激(ERS)反应机制,细胞凋亡、炎症、免疫异常参与SLE的发病过程,并且ERS可作为共同通路将凋亡、炎症、免疫等多条信号通路联系起来,再通过其下游信号对细胞凋亡、炎症、免疫反应等生理病理活动进行调控。为更好地理解SLE的发病机制,本文对ERS、细胞凋亡、炎症、免疫反应与SLE之间关系的研究进展进行了综述。
