介绍了合成球磨铸铁的生产工艺;验证了采用废钢、生铁、增碳剂、球化剂和孕育剂等为原料生产高韧性球墨铸铁工艺的可行性;对比了连续退火工艺和分段退火工艺对球墨铸铁组织和性能的影响。
The production process of synthetic nodular cast iron was introduced. The feasibility that the high-ductility nodular cast iron which can be made from scrap steel, pig iron, car-burant nodularizer and nucleating agent, was proved.At the same time, the effects of continuous annealing and stepped annealing on the microstructure and performance of nodular cast iron were compared.
