摘要
针对内部质量、表面质量和尺寸精度要求高,内腔复杂、加工难度大的复杂薄壁壳体铸件,研究了一种复合铸型成形工艺方法。结果表明,这种工艺方法可以实现薄壁筒类铸件复杂内腔的近净成形,复杂型面的公差等级提高至少2~3等级,表面粗糙度Ra达到6.3~1.6μm。
Aiming at the complex thin-walled shell casting with high internal quality, high surface quality and high size precision, as well as complex cavity and difficult to process, a composite mold forming method was studied. The results show that this process can realize the near net forming of complex inner cavity for thin-wall cylinder casting. The tolerance level of complex surfaces improved at least 2-3 levels, and the surface roughness Ra is 6.3-1.6 μm.
