摘要 研究了ZK60镁合金挤压后的静态和动态力学行为。结果表明:晶粒尺寸随着温度的增加而增加,380℃挤压试样室温准静态力学性能最差,300℃和340℃时挤压加工的试样力学性能相差不大。在动态力学性能的测试中得出,当应变率小于等于2000 s-1时,300℃挤压并时效后的试样吸能性最好。 The dynamic and static mechanical behaviors of ZK60 magnesium alloys after extrusion were researched. The results show that the size of the grain increases with the increase of temperature,the room temperature quasi-static mechanical properties of extruded samples at 380℃are poor, and mechanical properties of extruded samples at 300℃and 340℃have little difference. In the test of the dynamic mechanics, it is obtained that when the strain rate is less than or equal to 2000s-1, energy absorption of samples at extrusion temperature of 300℃and aging is the best.
