光纤激光+MIG电弧复合热源焊接参数对6009铝合金焊缝表面成形的影响 被引量:1

摘要 利用余高-熔宽比表示焊缝表面铺展性并与焊缝熔宽比一起作为参数来评价热源焊缝表面的成形性,探讨了焊接参数包括焊接电流、激光功率和焊接速度对焊缝成型的影响。结果表明:随着激光功率的增大,焊缝余高-熔宽比降低,焊缝背宽比增大;随着焊接电流和焊接速度的增大,焊缝余高-熔宽比和焊缝背宽比增大。 The reinforcement-to-width ratio, which was used to indicate the weld metal spreadability and weld width radio were used to elevate weld appearance in the fiber laser+pulsed MIG arc hybrid welding. The effects of welding parameters(welding current,laser power,welding speed) on the welding morphology were researched. The results show that the hybrid welding reinforcement-to-width ratio increases and the weld width radio decreases with the increase of laser power.The hybrid welding reinforcement-to-width ratio and width radio increases with the increase of welding current and welding speed.
