体育器材用镁合金/铝合金异质FSW接头的疲劳性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 以单面对接方式,进行了体育器材用AZ31镁合金与7005铝合金的异质搅拌摩擦焊接(FSW)实验,并进行了接头的显微组织、疲劳性能测试与分析。结果表明,该异质FSW接头的疲劳断裂位于焊缝处;在0.65σb应力加载级别时,异质FSW接头的疲劳寿命分别是AZ31镁合金母材的50%、7005铝合金母材的38%。 Single-welded butt welding was used for sports equipment AZ31 alloy / 7005 aluminum alloy dissimilar friction stir welding(FSW) experiments, and the joint microstructure and fatigue performance testing and analysis were carried out. The results show that the fatigue fracture is located at dissimilar FSW weld joint; under 0.65σbstress loading level, the fatigue life of dissimilar FSW joint is 50% of AZ31 alloy base material, 38% of 7005 aluminum alloy base.
