摘要
患者,女,57岁,因左耳廓暗红色肿物进行性增大1年于2013年6月5日入院。由于饱受病痛折磨,入院时患者强烈要求将患耳切除。详询病史,患者5年前无明显诱因出现左侧面颈部皮肤红肿增厚,粗糙伴局部僵硬及轻微痒痛感,在某皮肤病专科医院诊断为＂面颈部皮肤结核＂,给予＂利福平、雷米封＂等抗结核药物治疗1年,
A femail patient was presented to our department for a dark red painless mass in the left auricle,which has progressively enlarged for one year. Pathological examination revealed granuloma change. Mycobacteri- um tuberculosis DNA test was positive. Tuberculin test revealed strong positive reaction. This case was diagnosed as tuberculous granuloma.
