甲胎蛋白升高型胃癌1例并文献复习

One case report of gastric carcinoma with increased alpha fetoprotein and literature review

目的:认识并研究甲胎蛋白(AFP)在胃癌中的意义。方法:对1例甲胎蛋白升高型胃癌病例的全病程进行分析,并复习文献。结果:本病例经病理确诊为胃癌伴AFP升高,经6个疗程化疗AFP恢复正常,复查全腹增强CT报告肿大淋巴结消失。结合文献分析发现,本例患者属于甲胎蛋白升高型胃癌(AFPGC)。结论:AFP虽为原发性肝癌标志物,但也可见于胃癌,且可作为治疗有效的标志。

Objective：To understand and study the alpha fetoprotein in gastric cancer. Methods：To report a case of elevated AFP type gastric cancer with literature review. Results：This case was pathologically diagnosed as gastric cancer with elevated AFP. After 6 cycles of chemotherapy,AFP returned to normal range. Review the whole abdominal enhanced CT report swollen lymph node disappeared. Combined with the literature analysis,it belonged to the elevated AFP type gastric cancer（ AFPGC）. Conclusion：Although AFP as a marker for primary liver cancer,it may also be found in gastric cancer,and may be used as a marker of therapeutic effect.
