摘要 肺癌干细胞(lung cancer stem cell,LCSC)是肺组织中一小部分具有自我更新和增殖分化潜能,并具耐药功能的特定细胞群。它与肺癌的发生、进展、转移、耐药关系密切。本文对肺癌干细胞的起源、分选以及所涉及到的相关信号通路和标志物等方面进行综述,为未来肺癌的临床诊断及治疗提供新的思路。 Lung cancer stem cell( LCSC), a small part of the lung tissue which has the ability of self - renewing and the potential of proliferation differentiation, is a specific cell population. It has a very close relationship with lung cane- er's occurring, progressing, transferring, drug resistance, and so on. This paper mainly the origin of lung cancer stem cells, their isolation, identification, related signaling pathways, and markers provide some new methods for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer in the future.
