摘要
针对我国心血管植入材料与器械行业市场需求现状及国内在该领域发展比较落后,市场竞争力相对薄弱,存在技术、人才、市场渠道等诸多进入壁垒的问题,本文分析了我国心血管植入医疗器械企业的发展机遇,总结成功案例,提出企业在制定战略时应该首先明确企业使命,树立企业目标,确定经营范围、合理配置资源、分析企业的优势和劣势,寻求企业在本行中的有利地位,发挥协同作用的建议,旨在为我国心血管植入材料与器械行业内企业的发展战略制定提供参考。
In view of domestic market demands and present situation of cardiovascular implant materials and equipments industry, which was impeded by technology, talent, market channels and relatively backward, relatively weak market competitiveness, we analyzed the opportunities for enterprise development of cardiovascular medical implant devices in china in this study. Based on summarizing the successful cases, we proposed that for making strategies, enterprises should ifrst clear enterprise mission, set up the goal of enterprise, determine the scope of business, rational y al ocate resources, analyze the advantages and disadvantages, and create synergies. Thereby, we hope this article can provide reference for enterprises in domestic cardiovascular implant materials and equipments industry to perform strategic management.
