Research on the Theoretical Development and Innovative Methods of Modern Chinese Medicine

在对现代中医理论发展状况全面梳理的基础上,总结现代中医理论发展与创新方式,包括科学诠释的解析说明性研究、基于文献梳理的理论建构性研究、通过实践升华的理论创新性研究、提炼科学问题的发现创新性研究四类。提出在总结历代学术思想基础上的教材建设与相关辞书、标准的编著是中医理论体系丰富、规范及框架建构的主体,面对现代重大疾病的中医诊疗实践是中医理论创新的动力,凝炼科学问题、结合中医临床、借用现代科学技术开展实验研究是中医理论加速发展的必由之路。

Based on comprehensive understanding the status of modern Chinese medical theoretical development,the theoretical development and innovative methods of modern Chinese medicine are summarized in this article. There are four categories of researches,including descriptive studies for scientific explanation,theoretical constructive studies on the literature review,theoretical innovative researches upon practical sublimation,and discovery innovative researches through refining scientific questions. The author proposes that compiling the teaching materials and relevant dictionaries and standard on the basis of summarizing academic thoughts during all previous dynasties could be the subject of Chinese theoretical systemic enrichment,standardization and frame construction. Facing modern critical diseases,Chinese medical diagnosis and treatment practice could be the power for Chinese medical theoretical innovation.Carrying out experimental researches by refining scientific questions,combining Chinese medical practice and depending on modern science and technology could be the inevitable course for Chinese theoretical accelerated development.
