Experience of Professor HUANG Shilin in Treating Aplastic Anemia

黄世林教授认为,再生障碍性贫血的发生与肾虚密切相关,根据辨证可分为肾阴虚、肾阳虚、肾阴阳两虚,依据病情、病程将再生障碍性贫血分为进展期、稳定期与缓解期,治疗上强调应辨证结合分期论治。

Professor HUANG Shilin thinks that the occurrence of aplastic anemia is closely related to deficiency of the kidney. According to syndrome differentiation,this disease can be divided into deficiency of kidney Yin,deficiency of kidney Yang,and deficiency of kidney Yin and Yang. On the basis of state and course of the disease,aplastic anemia can be divided into progressive stage,stable stage and remittent stage. He emphasizs that syndrome differentiation should be combined with staging in the treatment of aplastic anemia.
