一种新型香豆素类荧光探针的合成及其对Cu^(2+)的选择性识别 被引量:7

摘要 设计合成可用于识别Cu2+的香豆素类荧光探针N'-(噻吩-2-亚甲基)-7-二乙胺基-3-甲酰肼-香豆素(FSBA),通过红外光谱、元素分析、质谱、1H NM R、13C NM R等手段对FSBA进行表征;采用荧光光谱法和紫外-可见光谱法对FSBA与金属离子的相互作用进行了研究。FSBA对Cu2+有良好的选择性和灵敏度。当加入Cu2+时,FSBA的紫外吸收峰发生了红移,最大紫外吸收峰也发生了变化。根据IUPAC(CDL=3Sb/m)测得检出限为0.21μmol/L。FSBA可作为荧光传感器用于实际样品的Cu2+检测。 A hovel coumarin-based fluorescent probe named 7-Diethylam-ino-2-oxo-2H-ch- romene-3-carb-oxylic acid thiophen-2-ylmethylene-hydrazide (FSBA) was designed and synthesized to identify Cu^2+. FSBA was confirmed by means of IR, EA, MS,1H NMR, and13C NMR detection. The interaction between FSBA and metal ions was investigated via fluorescence spectrophotometry and UV absorption spectroscopy. The results indicated that FSBA showed excellent selectivity and high sensitivity for Cu^2+. The FSBA UV absorption peak was red shift and the maximum absorption peak also changed when Cu^2+ was added. Furthermore, the detection limit was calculated as 0.21 μmol/L according to the definition by IUPAC (CDL = 3Sb/m). FSBA can be used as a fluorescent probe to detect Cu^2+ in real samples.
