紫外分光光度法测定普乐安片中的总黄酮

Determination of the total flavonoids in Pulean tablets by UV spectrophotometry

目的采用紫外分光光度法测定普乐安片中的总黄酮。方法以芦丁为对照品,Na NO2-Al（Cl3）为显色剂,在510 nm处测定吸光度,计算总黄酮的含量。结果芦丁的线性范围为3.959~47.508μg·m L-1（r=0.9993,n=7）;平均回收率为99.1%,RSD=0.3%（n=6）。结论所用方法重复性好,结果准确。

OBJECTIVE To determine the total flavonoid in Pulean tables by UV spectrophotometry. METHODS Using rutin as the control and Na NO2-Al（ Cl3）3as the chromogenic agent. The contents of total flavonoid were determined at 510 nm. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear over the range of 3. 959-47. 508 μg·m L-1with the correlation of 0. 9993（ n = 7）. The average recovery was 99. 1% with the RSD of 0. 3%（ n = 6）. CONCLUSION The method is repeatable and accurate.
