三级综合性医院“自主型”急诊医疗模式探讨

Independent Emergency Medical Model in Tertiary Comprehensive Hospitals

综合医院急诊医疗主要有三种急诊模式,即"依赖型""半依赖型"和"自主型"。随着民众对急诊医疗服务需求的不断提高,面对多学科、跨学科问题,"依赖型"和"半依赖型"急诊模式所产生的问题日益显现。许多学者建议急诊科不再依赖于其他专科而独立运行,但诸多原因困扰着"自主型"急诊医疗模式的发展。本文根据卫计委对急诊医疗的发展要求及本院急诊科的建设情况,提出三级综合性医院应建立内外科"自主型"急诊医疗模式。

There are three main kinds of medical model in emergency department in the comprehensive hospital, as Dependent, Semi significantly no longer satisfying dependent, and Independent. The models of Dependent and Semi - dependent are the increased requirement of people for the emergency medical service in the face of multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary issues. In recent years, many scholars suggested that the emergency depart- ment should operate independently. However, the development of Independent model was hampered by various fac- tors. In this paper, an independent emergency medical model in terms of medical and surgical emergency was sug- gested for the tertiary comprehensive hospitals in according to the requirement for emergency medicine of National Health and Family Planning Commission of China and for the consideration of construction situation in emergency department of the hospital.
