摘要 本文阐述了国内外人力资源管理工作的理论研究及实践现状,指出综合性医院目前人力资源管理存在的主要问题。结合工作实践,提出以下对策及建议:坚持指导思想和发展目标;建立医院优秀青年人才培养体系和规划;完善职工职后教育体系;建立国际化的人才培养模式;加强人才引进工程;建立实施保障机制等。 The current situation of theory research and practice of human resources management were intro- duced in China and other foreign countries. At present, there were some problems in the human resources manage- ment of comprehensive hospitals. From the viewpoint of management, some countermeasures and advices were also given on human resources management. We should make great efforts in sticking to the direction ideology and de- velopment target of human resource, establishing the training system and planning of outstanding and young talented persons, perfecting the continuous education system, renewing the talent cultivation mode, strengthening introduc- tion of talented persons, and building up the incentive systems.
