摘要
为降低气体钻井井径扩大对后期钻井、测井、固井等作业的影响,针对气体钻井井径扩大的因素进行分析,建立了砂、泥岩地层的莫尔破坏模型和井壁稳定地质模型。综合分析了地质条件、钻具组合、后期浸泡、岩屑冲刷等各种影响因素。结果表明,地质条件、钻具组合、岩屑冲刷、气液转换是井径扩大主要影响因素。研究成果为气体钻井设计施工提供了可靠依据。
In oder to reduce the influences of the gas-drilled hole enlargement on the later drilling,well logging,cementing operations etc.,the causes of the hole enlargement are analyzed and moreover the Moore collapse model and geological model of the borehole wall stability for the sandstone and mudstone formations are established.The various including factors are comprehensively figured out in the light of the geological conditions,make-up of the string,later soak,debris flushing and so on.The results show that the two factors stated above,the last one and gas-liquid interversion are the main influencing factors of the hole enlargement.These study achievements provide reliable evidences for the gas drilling design and operation.
