高温产表活剂菌种提高低效油井产能技术 被引量:1

PRODUCTIVITY IMPROVING TECHNIQUE FOR THE INEFFICIENT WELLS BY THERMOPHILIC BIOSURFACTANT-PRODUCING BACTERIA

摘要 孤东油田七区馆上段原油黏度高,部分油井供液不足、产量低.为提高油井产量,针对区块特点,利用一株高温产表活剂地芽孢杆菌SH-2进行了室内评价研究.结果表明:该菌高温条件下具有较强的乳化能力,60 ~ 65℃发酵液的乳化指数高达100%,且能利用烃类进行生长代谢,与原油和柴油作用后乳化粒径为10μm和5μm左右;改变岩石润湿性作用5d后,试片接触角降低了60.6%;现场选取G07-41-176和G07-53X145两口低产低效油井开展单井微生物吞吐试验,产油量分别从0.8 t/d和0t/d提高到3.3 t/d和4.2 t/d,显著提高了油井产能,降低了油井含水率.该技术成本低,无污染,具有良好的经济和社会效益. The oil viscosity in Guan Upper Member of No.7 area of Gudong Oilfield is rather high,the liquid supply of parts of oil producers is deficient and moreover the production is rather low.In order to improve the oil production,in the light of the characteristics of the block,Bacillus licheniformis SH-2,one thermophilic biosurfactantproducing bacterium,is employed to conduct indoor evaluating studies.The results show that the strain possesses pretty strong emulsifying ability under high-temperature condition,and the emulsion index of the fermenting broth is up to 100% from 60 ℃ to 65 ℃.In addition,it can use the hydrocarbon to grow and metabolize,and when it acts on the oil and diesel oil,the emulsion particle size is about 10 μm and 5 μm respectively.The rock wettability is changed for 5 days and the contact angle decreases by 60.6%;two low-yield and inefficient wells:G07-41-176 and G07-53X145 are selected for microbial individual-well huff and puff test,and the oil production increases from 0.8 t/d and 0 t/d to 3.3 t/d and 4.2 t/d,respectively,indicating the productivity of the two oil wells are improved and the water cuts of the oil producers are decreased.This technology has advantages of low cost and no pollution,and moreover possesses much better economic and social benefits.
