摘要
屋面排汽构造(又名"排汽屋面")设计是针对封闭式保温层干燥有困难的卷材屋面采取的技术措施,其核心技术是在保温层及找平层内部设置排汽道,让基层中多余水分通过这一排汽构造排入大气,可有效减少卷材防水层起鼓,同时也可抑制卷材开裂和屋面渗漏。本文介绍了"屋面排汽构造"的研究历程与核心技术。
Roof vapour exhausting structure (also called vapour exhausting rooi) is a technical measure and is designed for membrane roofing with enclosed insulation layer which is difficult to dry. The key technology is to set vapour passages at the insulation layer and leveling course, enable the excessive moisture to be exhausted into the air through this vapour exhausting structure. This can reduce the bulges of waterproofing membrane effectively and avoid cracks on membrane and roof leakages. This article introduces the developing course and key technology of roof vapour exhausting structure.
