摘要
文章对超高分子量聚乙烯绳索的形态特征、力学性能进行了测定,并对实验结果进行分析。研究结果表明:超高分子量聚乙烯绳索与普通绳索相比具有断裂强力超高、直径细、质量轻等特性,超高分子量聚乙烯纤维的断裂伸长比常规化纤小,制成绳索后产生塑性伸长,具有良好地力学性能。
The morphology, physical and mechanical properties of ultra-high molecular weight polyetylene fiber rope were detected and analysed. The results show that ultra-high molecnlar weight polyethylene fiber rope, with minor breaking strengh, finer diameter, lighter weight, better mechnial propery,is a kind of material to make rope compared to ordinany rope.
