摘要
通过分析固定电压调整器测试架构,以及影响测试的硬件、软件等因素,参照已有的三端固定电压调整器测试方案,构建了一个可复用的带使能端固定电压调整器测试原型,从而可以在实际应用中,采用原型匹配方法,达到快速开发测试程序的目的。
By analyzing the testing framework of fixed voltage regulator, and the impact of the test hardware, software and other factors, a reusable with enable terminal fixed voltage regulator testing prototypes was built with reference to the existing three-terminal fixed voltage regulator testing program, the purpose of rapid development of test procedures can be achieved by using the prototype matching method in practical applications.
