摘要
随着房地产行业的兴起和家庭个人装修的流行,作为房屋验收的一项重要内容,墙面平整度问题越来越受到广泛关注。本文基于嵌入式ARM9平台,研制了一种激光扫描墙面平整度检测仪。首先阐述了墙面平整度检测仪的硬件平台构建,然后阐述了检测仪的Linux软件平台搭建及应用程序的设计,最后用所研制的仪器在房屋内进行了实际检测测试。检测结果表明:该仪器的墙面平整度检测效果良好。与传统的检测方式相比,该仪器能方便、准确、实时地检测墙面平整度,而且制造成本低廉,具有较大的商业价值。
With the rise of the real estate industry and the popularity of decorated family personal, wall flatness has received more and more attention which as an important content of building inspection. This paper introduces laser scanning wall flatness detection based on the ARMg. First, we expound the build of the system hardware platform, and then introduce the Linux software platform and the applications design of the detector. Finally we do the detection test actually in the house with the detector we developed. The result shows that the system has the very good effect for detecting wall flatness. Compared with traditional detection methods, the system has great commercial value because of the characteristics of convenient, accurate, real-time detection and cheap.
