我国高校高水平运动队篮球教练员结构特征研究

Study on Basketball Coach Characteristic of High-level Sports Team in China's Colleges

教练员在高校高水平运动队中扮演着重要的角色,了解其结构特征对选拔教练员和提高教练员执教水平具有重要的参考意义。该文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法等研究方法对95名高校高水平运动队篮球教练员的性别情况、年龄结构、学历结构、运动经历、职称结构、执教年限和执教经历等特征进行研究,深入分析了现有篮球教练员的优势和劣势,为高校选拔优秀篮球教练员和提高篮球教练员的执教水平提供了可行的意见和建议。

Coaches play an important role in colleges high-level basketball teams,and understanding of coach’s characteristic is of great significance on selecting coaches and improving their coaching level.The paper considered ninety-five coaches as research objects with literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to find out basketball coach characteristic of gender,age,education background,sports experience,professional title,coach times and so on.The analysis of strengths and weaknesses of existing basketball coaches provides practical advices and suggestions on selecting excellent basketball coaches and improving basketball coaches’ skills.
