摘要
分别进行了水泥石、骨料和钢纤维对混凝土耐钻磨性能和抗压强度影响的研究,制备出高耐钻磨的超高强混凝土(抗压强度为198MPa)。试验结果表明,水胶比0.18,高强掺合料掺量20%,棕刚玉为骨料,体积掺量为10%,钢纤维体积掺量为1.75%时,超高强混凝土耐钻磨性能和抗压强度最佳,并对其高致密、高耐钻磨机理进行了探索。
The influences of cement stone, aggregate, steel fiber on drill-grinding resistance and compressive strength of concrete are studied. The concrete is prepared with good drill-grinding resistance and high compressive strength of 198MPa. The results show that, when water-binder ratio is 0.18, the dosage of high strength admixture is 20%, the volume dosages of brown corundum as aggregate and steel fiber are separately 10% and t.75%, ultra-high strength concrete has better drill-grinding resistance and compressive strength. The mechanism of drill-grinding resistance and strength of con- crete is also researched.
