摘要 随着石油化工生产向大型化、一体化和智能化方向发展,安全生产受到人们越来越多的关注,从而使得安全仪表系统越来越多地得到研究和应用。本文介绍了安全仪表系统的基本概念、安全生命周期和保护层的概念,安全完整性等级及其确定方法,并详细说明了安全仪表系统的设计原则和方法,以及安全仪表系统的实施步骤。 Accompany with the developing of petrochemical production towards large-scale, integration and intelligentization,the safety production is deeply concerned by people more and more,therefore the safety instrumented system( SIS) has been studied and applied more and more.The basic concept of SIS, safety life cycle,protection layer and safety integrity level are described in this paper.The design principle and method of SIS,implementation step of SIS are studied in detail.
