摘要
利用氯化镉为镉源,硫化钠为硫源,通过水热法的温度调节,制备了不同晶型及形貌的Cd S纳米颗粒,其中220℃下制备的Cd S可见光催化产氢性能最高,达到432.4μmol·h-1·g-1。该催化剂具有较强的可见光吸收,好的晶型以及足够多的表面活性位点,使得其产氢效率得到提高。
The different polymorph and morphology of CdS were prepared by tuning the hydrothermal temperature. The visible-light-driven photocatalytic hydrogen evolution rate of the one fabricated under 220 ℃ reached 432. 4 μmol· h^-1 ·g^-1. The enhanced photocatalytic ability was attributed to the strong light absorption, good crystallinity and enough surface active sites.
