摘要
测量系统分析用于评估测量系统的质量,是运用统计技术方法分析研究测量系统中的变差源以及它们对测量结果的贡献。我们为了评价三氟化硼气相色谱仪的检测能力,运用测量系统分析的基本原理和minitab软件,对三氟化硼气相色谱仪测量系统的偏倚、线性、稳定性、重复性和再现性进行分析,从而判定测量系统的状态和可接受度,为保证三氟化硼气相色谱仪测量数据的质量提供了依据。
Measurement system analysis is used to evaluate the quality of measurement system, it adopts statistical technology method to analyze and research the variation sources of the measurement system, appraise the contribution to the measurement result. In order to evaluate measurement capabilities of BF3 gas chromatography, using the measurement system analysis of the basic principles and minitab solfware, variable data, including stability, bias, linearity, repeatability and reproducibility of the BF3 gas chromatography, were analyzed to judge the status and acceptance of measurement system, and provide the basis for the quality of BF3 gas chromatography measuring data.
