摘要
建立液质联用法测定水中氯霉素含量的不确定度评定的数学模型,得出了影响不确定度的因素,并对各个不确定度分量进行分析,最后得出利用液质联用法测定水中氯霉素的不确定度报告。通过分析各个不确定度分量,结果表明标准溶液配制引入的不确定度贡献最大。
A mathematical model of uncertainty analysis for chloramphenicolum determination in water by UPLCMS/ MS was established. Factors influencing the uncertainty were determined andeach component of uncertainty was assessed. A report was formulated on the uncertainty of chloramphenicolum. The results showed that the maximum uncertainty was from making calibration solution.
