摘要
介绍了双相不锈钢材料制造离心机筛蓝的结构特点,在筛蓝制造过程中,如果用常规的加工方法进行制造,容易出现制造各环节的加工偏差累积大于加工余量,导致尺寸超差,达不到图样要求的加工精度;针对制造过程中发现的问题,从制造工艺过程各个环节进行分析,提出了相应的改进和控制的措施,保证产品的加工质量,通过实践,得到满意的效果。
The structural characteristic of centrifuge rotor, which was made of duplex stainless steel, was introduced. During the manufacturing process, the regular manufacturing method easily caused the cumulation of manufacturing deviation in the steps of manufacturing process greater than the manufacturing remainders. It led to the difference of measurement exceeding the standard, which meant the standard of the manufacturing accuracy set by the blueprints could not be met. Aiming at the above issues found in the manufacturing process, the steps of the manufacturing process were analyzed and the improvement and quality control measures of manufacturing process were presented. The improvements and quality control measures guaranteed the level of the process quality and lead to a satisfied result in the productive process.
