阐述了目前材料专业青年教师在教学中所存在的问题。指出目前材料专业青年教师工程能力适应不了工程人才培养的需要。借鉴CDIO教学理念,加强材料专业青年教师工程实践能力的培养,培养出一批理论教学能力强和实际应用能力突出的青年教师队伍。

The problem of material professional young teachers in teaching was studied. The material engineering practical abilities of young teachers can’t adjust to the demand of professional training was indicated. Learning CDIO teaching philosophy, strengthening professional training materials engineering practice ability of young teachers, training a number of young teachers not only had powerful theoretical teaching ability but also had higher practical application ability.
