技能型本科师范院校教育实习中存在问题及对策

The Countermeasure and Suggestion on Educational Practice in Normal College

由于高等师范的教育理念、教育模式、课程结构、教学内容等的设置特点决定了教学过程的特殊性,笔者从技能型本科师范院校教育实习过程中,发现的学生在实习中出现了很多问题,因此针对师范生在日常学习和实习过程中应注意的问题提出一些个人见解,以便提高师范生的综合素质,确保教学质量。为新时代下培养21世纪知识经济时代的新型师资力量建言献策。

The characteristics of the students in the normal college have decided the specialty of the teaching processes. The problem was found in the practice and some advice in their daily studies was given in order to make progress of their quality, and ensure their ability in the future. The suggestions will be beneficial to train new teachers for 21 century.
