摘要
异辛胺,丙烯酸甲酯为原料,经迈克尔加成反应制备异辛胺-N,N-二丙酸二甲酯(Intermediate A)。再经水解反应,得到目标产物异辛胺-N,N-二丙酸(Aim Compound B)。反应经优化后,收率94.8%。所制备的异辛胺-N,N-二丙酸与癸二胺,发生缩聚反应,制聚酰胺(Polyimide C)。所制备的聚酰胺熔点45.8℃,熔程34.9-54.9℃,特性粘度1.097,高温粘度3 753.93 mPa·s。
The isooctyl amine-N,N-methyl dipropionate (intermediate A)was synthesized by triisooctylamine and methyl acrylate through the Michael reaction. Then the isooctyl amine-N,N-dipropionate (Aim compound B)was synthesized by the isooctyl amine-N,N- methyl dipropionate through hydrolytic reaction. The yield of the hydrolytic reaction would get 94.8% after the reaction optimization. The Polyimide C was synthesized by isooctyl amine-N,N-methyl dipropionate and 1,10-Diaminodecane. The melting point of polyimide C was 45.8℃ and melting range was 34.9-54.9℃. The intrinsic viscosity was 1.097 and high temperature viscosity was 3 753.93 mPa· s.
