聚碳酸酯表面有机硅耐磨加硬涂层的增韧研究 被引量:10

摘要 以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)、甲基三甲氧基硅烷(MTMS)和γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-560)为原料,合成了一系列甲基硅树脂;添加甲基六氢苯酐(Me HHPA)、2-甲基咪唑(2MZ)、复合溶剂、乙酰丙酮铝、附着力促进剂等,配成柔性聚碳酸酯表面有机硅耐磨加硬涂料。研究了Me HHPA用量对有机硅耐磨加硬涂层的性能的影响并探讨了增韧机理。结果发现,Me HHPA对有机硅耐磨加硬涂层具有明显的增韧作用,增韧机理是利用2MZ催化硅树脂中的环氧基与Me HHPA的加成反应;且增韧作用的大小及涂层的性能与硅树脂中KH-560的含量和Me HHPA用量有明显关系。当硅树脂中的KH-560与MTMS的量之比为10∶90、Me HHPA与硅树脂中的环氧基的量之比为1∶2时,涂层硬度为H,附着力0级,耐水性能较优,可承受25°~30°的弯曲,耐磨性和透光性均较未涂覆的基材明显提高。 A series of methyl silicone resins were synthesized with tetraethylorthosilicate( TEOS),methyltrimethoxysilane( MTMS) and γ-( 2,3-epoxypropoxy) propytrimethoxysilane( KH-560) as the raw materials. With the addition of methylhexahydrophthalic anhydride( Me HHPA),2-methylglyoxaline( 2MZ),the mixed solvent,aluminium acetylacetonate and the adhesion promoter,to the synthesized methyl silicone resins,toughening silicone abrasion-resistance harden coatings for surface of polycarbonate substrates were obtained.Influence of Me HHPA on the properties of the coatings was discussed and the toughening mechanism was also studied. It was found that Me HHPA had a significant toughening effect on the silicone abrasion-resistance harden coatings. The toughening mechanism was the addition reaction between Me HHPA and epoxy group,which was catalyzed by 2MZ. The toughening effect and the properties of the coating correlated with the amount of KH-560 and Me HHPA in the coating. When the molar ratio of the KH-560 to MTMS was 10∶ 90 and the molar ratio of Me HHPA to epoxy group was 1 ∶ 2,the coating was stable in water with a hardness of the cured coating at level H,the adhesion was level 0,and a bending in the range of 25°- 30°. The abrasion-resistance and the transparency of the substrates coated with this composition were significantly improved.
