摘要
以硅橡胶混炼胶为基料、三聚氰胺和氢氧化铝为阻燃剂,加入铂硫化剂,制成阻燃硅橡胶。研究了三聚氰胺用量、氢氧化铝用量以及氢氧化铝表面改性剂钛酸酯偶联剂用量对硅橡胶阻燃性能及力学性能的影响。结果表明,当三聚氰胺膏状物用量为混炼胶质量的100%,粒径8μm、且经钛酸酯偶联剂(其用量为氢氧化铝质量的0.5%)表面改性的氢氧化铝的用量为混炼胶质量的80%时,硅橡胶的阻燃性能达到FV-0级、拉伸强度为4.38 MPa、撕裂强度为16.6 k N/m、拉断伸长率为353%、邵尔A硬度为71度;与空白样相比,拉伸强度、撕裂强度和拉断伸长率分别提高0.7%、5.1%和45.9%。
The flame retardant silicone rubber was prepared by taking the compound silicone rubber as the base rubber,platinum as the vulcanizing agent,melamine and aluminum hydroxide as the flame retardant.Influence of the content of melamine,the content of aluminum hydroxide,as well as surface modification agent for aluminum hydroxide( titanate coupling agent) on the flame retardant performance and mechanical properties of silicone rubber was studied. Results showed that the flame retardant properties of the silicone rubber was level FV- 0,with a tensile strength of 4. 38 MPa,tear strength of 16. 6 k N / m,elongation at break of 353%,Shear A hardness of 71 degrees with melamine at 100% of the base rubber,a particle size of aluminum hydroxide at 8μm,and titanate coupling agent surface modified aluminum hydroxide at 80% of the compound rubber( 0. 5% of aluminum hydroxide). Compared with the blank sample,the tensile strength,tear strength and tensile elongation of the rubber increased by 0. 7%,5. 1% and 45. 9%,respectively.
