用有机粘土稠化有机硅润滑剂的研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用有机膨润土和新型有机粘土作稠化剂,对甲基硅油、长链烷基硅油、甲基氟硅油、苯基硅油、乙基硅油、矿物油及聚α-烯烃进行稠化性对比试验。结果表明,有机膨润土只适合用于矿物油和聚α-烯烃,而不太适合用于硅油;新型有机粘土对各种基础油的吸附能力强、亲和力大,适合用于各种基础油;相同用量下,新型有机粘土的稠化作用比有机膨润土强,所制得的润滑剂滴点更高,分油量更低;且储存6个月后,润滑剂的微锥入度变化很小。 Comparison tests on thickening property were carried out among methyl silicone fluid,long chain alkyl silicone fluid,methyl flurosilicone fluid,phenyl silicone fluid,ethyl silicone fluid,mineral oil and poly α-olefin,using organic bentonite and new organic clay as thickener. Results show that the organic bentonite is suitable for mineral oil and poly α-olefin,but not good for silicone oil. The new organic clay has a high adsorption capacity and great affinity for all kinds of base oil. Under the same dosage,the thickening effect of the organic clay is superior to that of the organic bentonite. The dropping point of the lubricant is higher,and it has lower point of oil. After kept for 6 months,the lubricant prepared by the new organic clay has small micro-cone penetration.
