摘要
采用有机硅密封胶与干燥混凝土、浸湿后的混凝土、浸湿后且表面涂覆硅烷类/聚氨酯类/环氧类底涂材料的混凝土进行粘结试验,研究了浸水、紫外光辐照和热老化试验条件对其粘结性能的影响。结果表明,紫外光辐照、热老化对有机硅密封胶与混凝土的粘结性能影响不大,但在潮湿的混凝土上直接施工会大幅降低有机硅密封胶与混凝土的粘结性能;环氧类底涂材料能明显改善有机硅密封胶与混凝土的粘结性能,尤其在潮湿环境施工时。
Bondng experiments were carried out by silicone sealant and dry concrete, wet concrete, soaked and coated with silane/polyurethane/epoxy bottom coating material concrete. Effects of experiment conditions, e.g. water immersion, UV - irradiation and heat aging, on the bonding property of silicone sealant were studied. Results indicated that the UV -irradiation and thermal aging has little impact on the silicone sealant and concrete in bonding. However, the direct construction of wet concrete would greatly reduce the bonding performance between silicone sealant and concrete. Epoxy priming coat could significantly improve the bonding performance of silicone sealant and concrete, especially applied in a moist environment.
