从组织社会学视角,探寻大学体育现实困惑背后的深层次原因。"功利性"可量化成果与"道德性"制度化规范之间的博弈,影响着大学体育行动者的价值取向。大学体育行动者有限理性的复杂性与不确定性,将持续影响其行动决策。教师评价制度建设和市场需求的理性选择是重建大学体育核心价值秩序的重要力量。

From the perspective of organizational sociology, the authors probed into the deep down reasons behind realistic confusion about college sports. The gaming between “utilitarian” quantifiable achievements and “moral”institutionalized norms is affecting the value tendency of college sports executors. The complexity and uncertainty of bounded rationality of college sports executors will continue to affect their action decision making. Teacher evaluation system construction and rational choosing of market demands are important forces for rebuilding the or-der of core values of college sports.
