摘要
海外发电工程总承包由于工程范围广、合同金额大、建设周期长、质量要求高等特点,项目承包方在获取相对较高收益的同时,也承担了过大的风险。结合在印度1个电源EPC项目实例介绍了国内公司在投标报价和合同谈判阶段的风险评估和应对措施,以期能给从事海外电源EPC项目投资者提供一个借鉴。
Because the oversea EPC projects have characteristics of lager scope of works, huge contract amount, long construction period and high quality requirement, the contractors not only reap huge gains, but also take a huge risk. By combining with EPC contract for an Indian power plant project, the risk points that need key attention and how to cover in bidding and contract negotiation stage are analyzed, in order to provide a reference for EPC contractor.
