摘要
随着分布式发电的大量接入电网,含风力发电的电力系统经济调度问题逐渐凸显出来。由于风电成本的优势可降低发电总成本,所以,将风电成本引入传统的经济调度成本函数。但是,风力具有波动性,风电并入电网会对电力系统的稳定性造成影响,为此,考虑风速的不确定性,提出风速的预测误差,建立目标函数及约束条件,研究风电波动性的电力系统经济调度模型。
With the access of distributed power grid, it's going to be more emergency of power system economic dispatch with the wind turbine power generation. Due to the advantages of wind turbine power cost can reduce total cost of power generation, hence, the wind turbine power cost is introduced into the traditional economic dispatch cost functiono While natural wind is much fluctuant, wind turbine power system will affect the stability of power system, therefore, it's taken enough consideration about the steady of wind speed, it's beneficial to research the power system economic dispatch model, which within putting forward the prediction error about the wind speed, and establish the objective function and constraint conditions.
