摘要
研究废催化剂回收利用的现状及存在的环境问题,并通过理论与实验相结合的方法,对废催化剂回收利用过程中二英的产生及浸出渣属性进行研究,为今后该类项目环保管理提出控制方法及建议。研究结果表明,废催化剂回收利用的工艺较成熟,产生的污染物可以得到有效控制;焙烧过程中二英的产生及排放可通过前端原料管理,或者后端环保措施进行控制;浸出渣中重金属质量分数达到10-4之上时,建议按照危险废物进行管理,反之,可按一般固废管理。
Study on the recycling technology of waste catalysts and environmental problems, using the method of theory and experiment to study the generation of dioxin and the characteristic of leaching slag by using waste catalyst recovery, for putting forward the control methods and suggestions of the future environmental management of this kind of projects. The results of the study show that, the recycling technology of waste catalysts is more mature, pollutants can be effectively controlled; the production and emission of dioxin in the process of roasting can through the material management or environmental protect control; the content of heavy metals in leaching slag above 10-4, suggestions according to the hazardous waste management, on the other hand, according to the general solid waste management.
