二药联合对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病的治疗价值

Therapeutic value of two-drug combination in the treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的探讨N-乙酰半胱氨酸联合沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗稳定期慢阻肺的疗效。方法患者62例随机分组,联合组32例联合应用N-乙酰半胱氨酸片剂口服和沙美特罗替卡松,对照组30例单纯应用沙美特罗替卡松。结果治疗后联合组FVC、FEV1、FEV1%、Pa O2和6MWT水平显著高于对照组,Pa CO2水平、临床症状评分、呼吸困难评分和SGRQ评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 N-乙酰半胱氨酸联合沙美特罗替卡松具有促进化痰、排痰、改善患者肺功能和血气水平作用。

Objective To investigate the effic-acy of N-acetylcysteine combined with salmeterol powder in the treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 62 cases were randomly divided into the combination group （32 cases）, who were given the combination of N-acetylcysteine tablets and salmeterol powder, and the control group （30 cases）, who were given salmeterol powder only. Results The levels of FVC, FEV1, FEV1%, PaO2 and 6MWT was significantly higher in the combination group than in the control group after the treat-ment （P〈0. 05）. The level of PaCO2 and the scores of clinical symptom, dyspnea and SGRQ were significantly low-er in the combination group than in the control group （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion N-acetylcysteine combined with sal-meterol powder has better curative effect in the treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, which can promote phlegm and sputum and improve lung function and blood gas.
