摘要
溺水往往累积呼吸系统，若溺水患者并发ARDS将严重影响预后。国内外关于溺水并发ARDS的报道并不鲜见，笔者对我院诊治溺水并发ARDS患者临床资料进行分析后发现，部分溺水并发ARDS 的患者经积极治疗后病情一度有显著改善，但病程中再次出现肺部感染，诱发ARDS导致病情急剧恶化。本报道旨在分析此类溺水并发ARDS患者的病例特点，从而为临床就治疗溺水患者提供一定的参考。
