分析了调整弹片制件结构特点和成形工艺,介绍了该冲件的级进模排样设计和模具总装结构设计,以及关键成形结构。
This paper analyzed the structure characteristics and forming process of the adjusting spring part, and introduced the layout of the progressive die and assembly structure design, meanwhile described the key structure of the die.
