摘要
介绍了汽车车身的发展趁势及工装模具的现实水平,针对模具投铸实体后,增加孔的设计变更需求,重点提出了气动冲孔装置在汽车冲压件生产中的实际应用,可以有效缩短周期,降低费用,提高主机厂的工艺与效率水平。
This paper introduces the development of the automobile body towards and tooling and level of reality, for die cast entity, increase the hole design changes demand, mainly puts forward the pneumatic piercing device in practical application in automobile stamping parts production, and can effectively shorten the cycle, reduce costs, improve the level of the same process and efficiency.
