摘要 通过对蚊香燃烧器外罩的结构和工艺性进行分析,结合塑件的结构特点和批量生产纲领及在生产过程中出现的问题,确定了该模具采用1模2腔三板模点浇口转侧浇口混合式浇口进胶方式,局部阶梯分模面、斜导柱内侧分型抽芯机构的模具设计方案。并详细介绍了模具的工作过程。经生产证明便于实现自动化生产,提高了生产率、缩短了成型周期。因此在生产过程中,塑件完全符合要求,并在同类塑件的模具设计中有一定的借鉴作用。 Based on the structure and manufacturability of mosquito-repellent incense burner cover is analyzed and combining with the characteristics of the structure of the product and batch production platform and some problems in the process of production, and determine the mould with one module and two cavities three board mold point gate turn side gate hybrid gate into the glue way, local ladder parting surface, parting core-pulling mechanism of oblique guide pillar inside the mold design. And mold working process are introduced in detail. Production has proved that facilitate automated production, improve the productivity and shorten the molding cycle. Therefore in the process of production, product completely meets the requirements, and in the mold design of similar products have a certain reference.
