盒体成型钻模设计与制造

摘要 盒体是用玻璃钢织物以树脂粘接剂在成型模中进行裱糊固化而成,当要求盒体为等壁厚,并且盒体中不得存在着脱胶和聚胶现象时。成型(裱糊)模的结构必须采用盒体的内、外形刚性成型工艺方法,同时要将盒体中多余的胶液从钻套孔中排出。由于盒体的顶部存在着封闭边形式障碍体,阻挡了凹、凸模的拆卸,于是凹、凸模都需要制造成组合的形式。只有如此,组合凹、凸模才能顺利地进行拆卸后实现盒体的脱模,盒体方能确保等壁厚和不存在着脱胶和聚胶现象,实践也已经证明了这种模具结构能确保盒体的成型质量。 The box body is molded by resin adhesive for paperhanging in molding mold curing glass steel fabric, when the requirements of the box body is equal wall thickness, and the box body may not exist degumming and poly glue phenomenon. Molding (paper) mold structure must be used within a rigid box body, the shape molding process, at the same time will the redundant glue box body is discharged from the drill bush hole. Because the top of the box body there are closed boundary forms barrier, block the concave and convex mold and the concave and convex mold disassembly, all need to be made in the form of combination. Only in this way, the combination of concave and convex mold can be carried out smoothly after removal of the box body to realize demolding, the box body can ensure the equal wall thickness and the existence of degumming and poly plastic phenomenon, practice has proved that the mold structure can ensure the molding quality of the box body.
